Howard worked for banks & financial institutions for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce Honors Degree in Banking and finance & a Masters of Business Administrations Degree (MBA). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe. He is finalizing a Masters of Commerce Degree in Banking and Finance with Midlands State University.

He has worked in the petroleum, manufacturing, Retail and clothing industries where he gained vast experience in financial and administration management. He is a PHD candidate with ZOU and currently studying to become a Certified Public Accountant with Certified Public Accountant Zimbabwe (CPAZ).
